Payment

All payments for service purchase should only be made through our website. The Lens Story does not authorize any employee nor third party vendor to receive cash payment from our customers. All payment should be made according to the payment page on our website. The Lens Story is not responsible for any payment made outside our website.  

Refund policy

Refund policy is stricly the following:

1. We imply 3% penalty for cancellation up to 1 month before the service date;
2. No refund shall be granted for cancellation request submitted to The Lens Story less than 30 calendar days form the service date; 
3. This refund policy can be overriden by certain Terms & Conditions of products sold by The Lens Story Official.

In case of the cancellation is made by the seller, the customers will get refunded in full amount.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
